@isacc123, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer is not printing anything on the paper despite sending print jobs, here’s a step-by-step checklist to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

BASIC CHECKS

Paper & Ink Check

  • Ensure paper is loaded properly in the tray.
  • Check that both black and color cartridges are installed and not empty.
  • Open HP Smart or printer software to check ink levels.

Connection Check

  • Confirm that the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi or directly to your PC via USB.
  • Try printing a Wireless Network Test Report from the printer to verify connection.

Print a Test Page

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right-click on HP ENVY 6055e > Printer Properties > Print Test Page.
  • If the page is blank or doesn't print, continue with deeper troubleshooting below.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Step 1: Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

Step 2: Clean Printhead (May be clogged)

  • Open the HP Smart app.
  • Go to Printer Settings > Print Quality Tools > Clean Printhead.
  • Follow the steps and print a diagnostic page.

Step 3: Reinstall Printer Drivers

Print Quality Diagnostic Page

  • In HP Smart > Printer Settings > Reports > Print Quality Report.
  • Look for missing lines or faded text that could indicate a printhead issue or low ink.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
