@isacc123, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer is not printing anything on the paper despite sending print jobs, here’s a step-by-step checklist to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
BASIC CHECKS
Paper & Ink Check
- Ensure paper is loaded properly in the tray.
- Check that both black and color cartridges are installed and not empty.
- Open HP Smart or printer software to check ink levels.
Connection Check
- Confirm that the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi or directly to your PC via USB.
- Try printing a Wireless Network Test Report from the printer to verify connection.
Print a Test Page
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right-click on HP ENVY 6055e > Printer Properties > Print Test Page.
- If the page is blank or doesn't print, continue with deeper troubleshooting below.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Step 1: Use HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor - Official HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows | Free Download hppsdr.exe
- Follow the on-screen prompts to detect and fix issues with the print system.
Step 2: Clean Printhead (May be clogged)
- Open the HP Smart app.
- Go to Printer Settings > Print Quality Tools > Clean Printhead.
- Follow the steps and print a diagnostic page.
Step 3: Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, remove the printer.
- Uninstall HP software from Apps & Features.
- Restart your PC.
- Download and reinstall the full driver/software package from: Official HP® Drivers and Software Download | HP® Support
Print Quality Diagnostic Page
- In HP Smart > Printer Settings > Reports > Print Quality Report.
- Look for missing lines or faded text that could indicate a printhead issue or low ink.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
