The Support assistant - Max3Aj - helped me with initial information , but I could not get to Region Reset Page . I need assistance for the same , the link provided - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true  takes me nowhere. Also it is impossible to reach a support assistant on chat. 

 

Can you please guide me to reset region on my printer from Europe to India ?

Hi zoey7886,

Am very unhappy after calling India callcenter . They ruled out to help with region reset as my Printer is out of Warranty. This is not customer service principles at all .. Once a customer is always a customer .. Now you please suggest what should I do with this Printer ? I cannot buy 653 Europe cartridge in India and the new one I have purchased goes for a toss .. Please let me know if there is any channel to escalate this issue
