Hi @lumins,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble authenticating your HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw cartridges for rewards due to an internet connection issue, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem.

Check Internet Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet. Check the Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection settings on your printer.

Restart Printer and Router:

  • Turn off your printer and router, wait for a few minutes, and then turn them back on. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer. Updated firmware may include improvements to internet connectivity. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP support website.

Printer Software Reinstallation:

  • Uninstall the printer software on your computer and reinstall it. Sometimes, issues with the printer software can cause connectivity problems.

Firewall/Antivirus Settings:

  • Check your firewall or antivirus settings to ensure they are not blocking the printer from connecting to the internet. You may need to add the printer as an exception.

Printer's Network Configuration:

  • Check the network settings on your printer to make sure it is correctly configured to connect to your network. Verify the Wi-Fi or Ethernet settings.

Reset Network Settings:

  • If all else fails, you may try resetting the network settings on your printer and then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
