Printer won't print after replacing ink

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

  • Did you receive any error messages or blinking lights on the printer after installing the new cartridges?
  • Are the cartridges genuine HP or third-party replacements?
  • Have you tried running a printhead cleaning cycle from the printer’s settings?

 

Try updating the firmware. Click here
