my envy 7155 series printer will not print red or yellow, i have cleaned it multiple times and changed the print cartridges  It says it is all up to date on drivers

If your HP Envy 7155 printer is not printing red or yellow despite cleaning and replacing the cartridges, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the red and yellow cartridges are correctly installed. Make sure they are securely snapped into place.

Print a Quality Diagnostic Page: Many printers have a diagnostic or quality test page that you can print. Refer to your printer's manual on how to initiate this process. This page often includes color bars that can help you identify if there's an issue with specific colors.

Use Genuine HP Cartridges: Make sure you are using genuine HP ink cartridges. Third-party or counterfeit cartridges may not work correctly.

Run the Printer's Cleaning Utility: Most printers have a built-in cleaning utility that can be accessed through the printer software on your computer. Run the cleaning utility to clean the printheads.

Check Ink Levels: Verify that the ink levels for the red and yellow cartridges are sufficient. Low ink levels can affect print quality.

Update Printer Drivers: Although you mentioned that your drivers are up to date, it's a good idea to double-check. Visit the HP website to ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your Envy 7155 printer.

Print a Test Page: Print a test page from your computer to see if the issue persists. If the test page shows the same problem, it might be a hardware issue.
