Does it copy duplex in colour? If yes then you have a computer issue, not the printer.

Unfortunately not.

It wont print duplex either.

Is it possible to provide step by step guidance on how to remove all the HP drivers and reinstall?

This has happened before but unfortunately I didn't keep all the details.
