Hi @habitshop,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is printing blank pages despite being able to print a test page, there are a few potential solutions you can try.

  • Check Ink/Toner Levels: Ensure that your ink or toner cartridges have enough ink or toner to print. If they're low or empty, replace them with new ones.
  • Run Printer Maintenance: Use the printer's maintenance tools to clean the printheads or nozzles. This can often resolve issues with blank pages.
  • Check Print Settings: Make sure that you're not inadvertently printing in "Draft" mode or using a setting that produces blank pages.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Check if there are any updates available for your printer's drivers. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause printing issues.
  • Check Printer Connections: Ensure that all cables connecting your printer to your computer or network are securely plugged in. If you're using a wireless connection, make sure the printer is properly connected to the Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart Printer and Computer: Sometimes simply restarting both the printer and your computer can resolve connectivity or software-related issues.
  • Try a Different Document: If you're trying to print from a specific document or application, try printing from a different document or application to see if the issue persists.
  • Perform a Hard Reset: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes reset the printer and resolve issues.
  • Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can sometimes fix bugs or compatibility issues.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with your HP printer printing blank pages.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
