Hi @boke101, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It can be frustrating when your HP printer starts printing blank pages. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your printer has enough ink. If the ink levels are low, replace the cartridges with genuine HP ink cartridges

Clean the Printhead: Sometimes, the printhead can get clogged. You can clean it using the printer's maintenance tools. This option is usually available in the printer settings or through the HP Smart app

Check Cartridge Installation: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed. Remove and reseat them to ensure they are making good contact.

Print a Test Page: Print a test page to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the printer or the document you are trying to print.

Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or the HP website

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and restart.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might want to try using the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool, which can diagnose and fix common printing problems

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
