ink jet printer not printing cyan or magenta and the ink levels not showing full just replaced new cart rages

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not printer colors.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you facing the face issue when you make a copy?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
