I understand you are not able to print in Yellow or Magenta. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Color or Black Ink Not Printing; Other Print Quality Issues
Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if the result. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

I am having the same problem with a new HP Envy 5010 - I've gone through all the steps provided and no success. I have printed out a test page black and white fine, colour only printing yellow or cyan

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
