Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my all in one photosmart hp 6520 doesn't print legibly.  pdf files are very light as are word amd wordperfect files.  one downloaded pdf file prints fine but bothing else.  I replaced the cartridges a;reigned and cleaned the print heads.When I print print quality page all colors show in a box but black,  I have cleaned the electral contacts of black cartridge holder,  I have copied the settings of the pdf file that printd to no avail. 
I have uninstalled the printer, deleted the software and reinstalled,  Thatis all on a windows 10 65 bit operating system.
