printing problem

HP Recommended
HP desk jet 5075
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 On windows 10 Control Panel > Devices and printers >  HP deskjet5075  >  Print server properties…

although Both the boxes are unchecked and both cartridges are full with ink the printer simulates an empty cartridges and refuse to print!

Yesterday the problem was solved this way, this morning start to behave as before. I need a solution urgently!!!!!

Do you have any other set of cartridges to try so that we can check if the issue is with the cartridge?


Are you using Genuine HP inks?
