To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Using LaserJet ProM118dw.     The discoloration appears regardless of the print job, documents, spreadsheets, everything.  looking for to you help.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality

Check the ink levels and replace low ink toner. Print a cleaning page to check the result.
