I purchased a printer and after a certain amount of time I was supposed to receive a new set of ink for it. But this did not happen because of the delivery service as a result my ink was returned back to Germany. The parcel number is no longer tracked. Why does Hewlett Parket choose such a terrible delivery service? I don't know. As a result, I was left without a cartridge. But I constantly pay for the HP Ink service package, the question is: Why am I paying for something I don't receive?🤪
