Hi,

Please follow below support document to identify the exact error, and follow the troubleshooting steps accordingly.

 

I would guess you may experience the scenario described under "Issue: The Paper Jam icon, and the Resume and Power lights blink" below? which is the closest to a B sign as I can see:
