Solved!

"Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure its correctly installed.

HP Recommended
HP ENVY PHOTO 6234
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I am keep receiving this error and unable to print. I reinstalled cartridges several times. 

I tried the "Printer Reset" steps from a different post, but it made no difference. I've checked, and the printer firmware is up to date.

 

Pls help/suggest?

Got the coloured cartridge as well. Not seeing the error message anymore. Thanks for your help!
