Envy 5010

HP Envy 5010 is giving "Remove and reinstall print cartridge..." message.

I have tried the hard reset to no avail (including unplugging etc.). I have also replaced the cartridge with a new cartridge and I am still getting the same error message. Can anyone help please?

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and How to Remove and Reinstall Your Slide-in HP Ink Cartridges if the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
