Product: OfficeJet Pro 8210
I have an OfficeJet Pro 8210. It recently stopped printing and gives me an error message of "supply system problem." I am using HP brand cartridges. We bought the printer in March 2021, have used it relatively little, and it is no longer under warranty.
I've tried everything that the virtual assistant suggested:
- Unplugged the printer and plugged it back in.
- Replaced all the cartridges with new HP brand cartridges. Same problem.
- Wiped the contact heads with a lint free cloth.
- Tried to download an upgraded firmware but the HP web site said there is no upgraded firmware for this printer.
Please help! I have spent HOURS on the web site going in circles trying to find an answer.
