Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer keeps saying "one cartridge appears to be damaged".

I installed new HP cartridges and powered off then back on. I even did semi reset the printer now i'm getting the same message Cartridge message as before however when i open the flap to remove the ink cartridges one more time the cartridges wont slide to the left so i cant even remove them and re install. it says the door needs to be closed and it also wont let me press the home button or back button. help!
