hi there i have a hp tango, we changed internet providers  so had to reconnect the printer which was a pain to do, once done in say photoshop etc when i click to print from the new added tango it will not let me change print quality all options it is not highlighted and stuck on normal

 

i went to devices and the printer there but it wont let me change it there either
