refusal to recognize the original or replacement black ink

Hello ! My printer no longer recognizes any black cartridge, even its original cartridge. he says the black cartridge is incompatible but it worked fine before and now Only color works. What can I do please? Cordially.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
