Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Hello< I got an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740, but it no longer scans or copy, I was told to change the mainboard and that's what I did, but it seems the replacement was lock to different cartridge number, how do I go about unlocking it, so I can use the ink for my region? Thanks.
