Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have a LaserJet 8035 that the print head went bad. looking at the on-line support, I first bought new ink cartridges, but that didn't help at all. I then tried having the system do the printhead clean over a dozen times, but it still could not print a solid blue. In need of a printer, I bought a new OfficeJet Pro 8139e thinking that I could use the new ink that I just bought (and used to clean the head), but they are different cartridges. Would HP exchange my used cartridges for new ones compatible with the 8139?
