replaced ink cartridge on deskjet 2135 twice now still light says no ink

HP Recommended
deskjet 2135 all in one ink advantage
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

had no problems before

have tried unplugging and restart to no avail

replaced black ink cartridge twice thought i may have had a defective cartridge but also same problem .black ink cartridge light still flashing

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
