i have a hp photosmart printer and im trying to replace the ink cartridge, i am putting in the 60 black hp ink cartridge and putting it in the same way the old one came out and the screen on the printer keeps reading print cartridge incorrectly installed.

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
