Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I purchased this printer from a dentist in my area. I only needed to buy cartridges since none where in the printer.

I purchased all 4 cartridges, I have a setup cartridge error.  I am complettely unable to do anything with this printer with this error message. How do I get setup cartridges?
