showing incompatible ink cartridge

My printer is showing me that I am using an incompatible cartridge that I received form them

@MPRICE2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • This printer uses Z10 HP 950 black and HP 951 color ink cartridges. Make sure you are using the compatible ink cartridges.
  • Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

 

For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
