buonasera la mia stampante dopo un periodo di inattivita 

stampa colori diversi da quelli richiesti 

quando faccio pulizia cartucce :  azzurro tampa abbastanza bene ...magente idem.... il giallo invece viene colore marrone 

le cartuccie sono originali hp 

non capisco se e un proble su sulla parte di stampa o ????

grazie dell'aiuto
