I need the tricolor cartridges it was defective I sent it back and have not received the replacement

Sorry to hear about the issue with the tricolor cartridges! Could you let me know where you purchased it from? Also, if you received any case ID from an agent when you sent it back, could you please share that with me via private message? This will help us look into it further.
