printer previously installed using usb.  scanning not working. used online printer installation for wi-fi.  However, user wanted to use usb connection.  Using win 10 setup, deleted all hp printers. Printer Instructions indicated I could install manually. it instructed that "On the printer control panel display, on the finish setup online screen, touch More info, etc.  

 

I can't find the Finish setup online screen on my printer.   Help me manually connect the printer.
