I can't connect my account on the hpink 

I have a good id and a good password 

 

even when i want to create an account on hp ink it's the same problem

your solution is very hard for me 

I checked and my printer is up to date

on the link instantink hp connected works not , gives error, but connects with my hp account that included my account number it directs me to instant ink and there my account opens. so I no longer go through the other link on the instant page ink to log in or create an account because that link doesn't work for me, even if I want to create a new account even error message, impossible access. The link that worked was given to me by the virtual agent it's the only way I managed to connect, so I copy it and delete the old links.I'll be testing all week to make sure everything really works with this link for me. if so I come back to you on it, finally. be continued...

it's weird when i try to connect to hp it doesn't even work trying a new account doesn't work either, so i go to help with a virtual agent who gives me the link for hp connect and there my account opens why?

I would like to help

 

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

 

 

Then assign a manual IP Address

 

- Print a Network Config Page from the printer. Note the printer's IP address.

- Type that IP address into a browser to reveal the printer's internal settings.

- Choose the Networking tab, then Wireless along the left side, then the IPv4 tab.

- On this screen you want to set a Manual IP. You need to set an IP address outside the range that the router automatically sets (called the DHCP range). If you do not know the range, change the last set of numbers (those after the last '.') to 250

- Use 255.255.255.0 for the subnet (unless you know it is different, if so, use that)

- Enter your router's IP (on the Network Config Page) for the gateway.

- Enter 8.8.8.8 for the first DNS and 8.8.4.4 for the second DNS. This is Google DNS.

- Click 'Apply'.

I did not do what you advised me because sometimes my account reopens and sometimes impossible so the problem is not here I think but rather hp, but I will keep your advice to try later thank you

You could also contact HP Support in your region and a support engineer should be able to remote into your computer and sort this out

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

I can't connect to instant ink.  It tells me that Error Cod UA_400_EB000U004 and that it's unable to register the printer.

last week everything works miracle, today nothing, still the same problem not possible to connect me or to open a new account
