Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't print color documents from any PC device. The printer is connected wireless and I have created and configured a new port based on instructions from the Virtual Assistant. Drivers and firmware are current.  I have run through the entire Virtual Assistant diagnostics.

I can print color from HP Smart on my phone. I can copy in color and when I run the print quality diagnostics, that prints in color. When I select a Word document or a color PDF, it prints in grayscale. The printer is configured to allow the printer to select whether to print in color or B&W. I have run out of options that I am aware of to apply. I suspect this is a configuration setting I have missed, but I have no idea where to look next
