Product: HP8615
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have  authentic HP951XL  unused print cartridges from my previous HP8610 printer. When I try to put them in my HP8615 (which also uses 951XL cartridges) the machine says they are intended for an earlier generation of printer but that if they are authentic I should contact HP support. What do i need to do to get them working? Any help would be appreciated!

You will need to engage HP tech support.  support.hp.com

Thanks I will give it a go - I was hoping to avoid alot of messing around with HP which would either cost as much as the cartridges or take a long time..... Best wishes
