Hi @HITESH40
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Check Toner Cartridge Installation
- Make sure the toner cartridge is properly installed. Remove it and reseat it to ensure it's secure.
- Check for any protective tape or seals that might still be on the cartridge. Remove any tape that prevents proper contact.
2. Inspect the Toner Cartridge
- If possible, verify that you have the correct toner cartridge for your printer model. Sometimes, cartridges can be mistakenly swapped during packaging or shipping.
3. Shake the Toner Cartridge
- Gently shake the toner cartridge side to side to evenly distribute the toner. Sometimes, toner can settle, causing low toner warnings.
4. Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
5. Check for Firmware Updates
- Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can check for updates using the HP Smart app or by visiting the HP support website at
- https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/hp-laser-mfp-1000-printer-series/model/2101513886?sku=715A3A
6. Print a Configuration Page
- Print a configuration or supplies status page to see if the printer accurately reports the toner level:
- You can typically do this from the printer's control panel.
7. Reset the Toner Level
- Sometimes, the printer may need to be reset to recognize a new cartridge:
- Turn off the printer, remove the toner cartridge, and turn it back on.
- Wait for it to fully start, then turn it off again and reinstall the toner cartridge.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
