I'm going to try this again. Has anyone ever benefited from the warranty on HP ink cartridges? I posted this before and after numerous messages the regional HP rep mis-read my problem and told me my printer was out of warranty and he apparently closed the case without allowing me to respond. It is not a printer problem. It is a problem with two ink cartridges from a multi-pack. Has anyone been successful in claiming bad HP ink cartridges??
