when can I expect to hear something regarding Case number: [Private information removed]

When does one hear something regarding a problem?

 

Case number: [Private information removed]

 

No one to contact. The email with the case number is a no reply. No contact since since receiving email with a case # on Mar 30. I NEED my printer. Have been enrolled in Instant Ink program since I registered my printer in Oct 2018. Need black ink cartridge replacement. No one to actually talk with or email. I've used HP printers for years but this is about to push me to another brand.
