Product: hp photosmart c7200 series

this printer is the hp Photosmart c72800 all-in-one, and after giving it genuine hp ink It prints all the colors, yet the 02 magenta and light magenta prints with white lines/gaps. I also cannot align the printer, it says " calibration error" it needs plain white paper but I have HP Printer Paper 8.5x11 Office 20 lb 1 Ream 500 Sheets 92 Bright Made in USA FSC Certified Copy Paper HP Compatible 172160R.

Thank you for your response, I am not sure what is specifically plain white paper. Could you refer me to the best paper because the one I have in the printer is “ 

HP Printer Paper 8.5x11 Office 20 lb 1 Ream 500 Sheets 92 Bright Made in USA FSC Certified Copy Paper HP Compatible 172160R“

I cannot try all of the steps until I know what plain white paper is so that I can successfully align the printer
