why is my color Ink not reading in my printer and it the right Ink cartridge?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought brand new black and color ink cartridges and the black one read perfectly find but my printer is not reading the color Ink cartridge at all and it is inserted properly

  • Is the color ink cartridge light blinking?
  • Are you using HP ink cartridges?
  • Insert the old color ink cartridge and check if the issue persists to conclude the issue. 
  • Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
