Hello,

I bought 2 302 ink cartridges for my printer thinking they were the right ones but I now know I need the 301 cartridges. Ink is quite expensive so I don't really want to buy another set. I can't return them to the retailer as the packaging is not in its original state and I do not have the receipt. I have tried to use the HP virtual agent tom solve my problem but it didn't help. Is there anyway I can change the ink with HP? If so, how do I go about doing so?

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
