@jamzam, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the print quality is not good. Check the ink levels in all 4 ink cartridges and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

Use an automated tool to clean the printhead

  1. On the printer control panel, touch the Right Arrow () to display more options.

  2. Touch Setup (), and then touch Tools. The Tools Menu displays.

  3. Touch Clean Printhead.

  4. Wait while the printer completes the printhead cleaning process, and then touch OK.

  5. NOTE: You might have to clean the printhead several times to correct the issue.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page

  1. On the printer control panel, touch the Right Arrow () to display more options.

  2. Touch Setup (). The Setup Menu displays.

  3. Touch the Down Arrow (), and then touch Reports.

  4. Touch Print Quality Report. The test page prints. Check the result.

Hello and thank you for responding to my issue.  I have gone through all of the diagnostics that you suggested.  Yellow is still printing green.  I have printed several pages of all yellow...They are all green.  I've spent hours on this, not to mention a lot of ink and paper.  What is it going to take to get HP to send a replacement?  I'll gladly send this reject back to them.  I buy all my ink in the HP store.  I have never had an issue like this.  I have 2 HP printers.  They are kept clean and well maintained.  I do not have the receipt for this cartridge.  It has been misplaced or trashed.  I'm a little more than pissed off at this point.  Can you help, please?
