Принтер не захватывает бумагу

              Здравствуйте, установила все драйвера, принтер HP DeskJet 2320 работал прекрасно, но потом резко перестал захватывать бумагу, замятий не было и нет, ничего не могу напечатать, т.к. листы не проходят. Помогите советом что делать, срочно нужно распечатать документы.   😫

               И еще, может кто подскажет, хотела зайти к скан доктор, до этого прекрасно заходила и без проблем смотрела в чем причина неисправностей принтера, но сегодня мне стало при входе выдаваться сообщение, что нужно ввести данные администратора, че за фигня, где их взять и почему происходят такие резкие странности с моим принтером? 🤔
