Hi,

We are getting the following error : 0xc6fd0602

To give you more context, we had to open up the printer (HP PageWide Pro 477dw) because a sticker label got stuck in the printer. We managed to remove the sticker label but afterwards we got another issue :

0xc6fd0602. When disassembling the printer also the printer head was removed. 

 

We already tried the following without success:

- Hard reset

- Turn off, unplug and restart 

 

All suggestions are welcome.

Recheck all of the cabling that plugs into the main board, in particular the flat cables to ensure they are seated properly and any locks on connectors are engaged.
