10-15 picture papers jammed in HP 250

I have 10-15 pages of printer paper jammed in my HP 250.  I’ve followed instructions for removing- gently pull from top and bottom- tried using pliers to pull- but pages won’t budge.  Is there any way to remove a 10-15 page jam?  Do I need to disassemble the printer?  If so, may I get instructions to do so?  Until this snafu, the printer has been my favorite!  I don’t want to pitch it. Thanks!

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
