13.B2.D2 jams

I am getting intermittent 13.B2.D2 jams. I have replaced the pickup and separation rollers, the feed assembly and the main drive assembly but still get the intermittent jams. Any  help or suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Datamax1,

Do you get a jam error only when sending a duplex print job?

Is it working ok when printing single sided?

Have you tested tray 1, if it prints without jamming ?

You can also consider using good quality paper, fresh out of a new ream. It is not uncommon that bad quality paper or poorly stored paper causes paper jams, especially when printing 2-sided.
