Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everytime I try to print 2-sided on my HP Envy 7640 e-All-in-One printer, the paper jams in the two-sided paper feed.  I can see no objects in the feed, but access is extremely limited.  The paper barely starts to feed, just the top edge, before jamming and I have to pull the paper back out of the feed using the exposed bottom p[art of the page (external to the printer) to pull it back out.  Is there anyway to better access the 2-sided paper feed to clean it or check for debris?
