Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 2410xi All in one photosmart printer. It is old but it is still working. I ran out of ink and purchased 2 new 56 Black cartridges. When I install the new cartridges I get an error when trying to align the cartridge ( carraige error). I cannot get past this point. If I put any old 56 cartridge ( I have 2 old out of ink) in it prints fine. Has anybody seen this and is there a way to address this?
