When printing 3.5 x 5  the right hand border is unprinted by about 12mm

Word document

Size is set to 9 x 13 cm (3.5 x 5 in)

Landscape

Custom Margins

top 1.25 Left 0.8 Bottom 0 right 0.8

 

In Page Setup > Paper

Custom Size

Width 12.7

Height 8.9

Hi,

The printer does not support border-less printing and have a minimum margins, the hardware is not capable of exceeding this area

 

The bottom margin must match or exceed 12.7 mm, for landscape orientation this becomes the right margin, see its specifications attached to my reply:
