3001dw printer puts a crease in the paper

Does anyone know how to get a LaserJet Pro 3001dw to stop creasing the paper?

a) Last week my 3-month-old LaserJet Pro 3001dw started putting a diagonal crease in the printed page every 5-to-8 pages or so.  I am printing on BOTH sides of the page.

b) DETAILS;  It's hard to tell but I think that the crease is occurring after the front of the sheet is printed.  The crease usually occurs in the top left quadrant of the paper, viewed from the front of the printed sheet.  The crease is diagonal from lower left to upper right and is about 5 inches long.

c) WHAT I HAVE TRIED:  I have checked the paper alignment in the tray and it seems OK.  I opened a new pack of paper and completely restocked the tray. I opened the door in the back of the printer and inspected the area but I did not see any problems.  

d) WHAT HP SAYS:  I have not been able to contact HP because the wait period is so long to talk to a support specialist.

e) CONCLUSION:   Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

It could be due to low quality paper. Use different brand, avoid cheapest paper.
