why does my hp office jet pro 7720 wide format all in one series keep getting paper jam when trying to print on 300gsm ,works ok on 250gsm card and other photo paper.

The 300 gsm paper is too heavy for the printer.

This is a hardware limitation and cannot be corrected by using different software.

 

The Specifications are unfortunately missing this important detail.
