Product: HP Deskjet Plus 4155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just hooked up a HP Deskjet Plus 4155. I cannot get it to print. I installed smart software as directed. The paper pickup rollers sound like they are turning, but no paper is being picked up. please help me.   thanks

What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?

Is there any error when you try to print?
